Rich and Melissa Cardwell are a modern-day missionary couple with a heart for the nations. Rich Cardwell Ministries was founded in 2016, with a vision to Reach. Serve. Teach. They believe in making Jesus’ last command on earth, their priority: “Going into all the world making disciples.”

Rich and Melissa lived in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for four years, where they got ordained into ministry. They have partnered with Russ Adams Ministries in their mission of “Training Leaders to Impact Nations” for a combined 15 years of service. They directed XploreNations Bible College in the United States for three years, and are part of their international staff of teachers.

Their obedience to the call of God has relocated them to Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where they originally met. The cry of God upon their heart is “Discipleship.” In this endeavor, they arere-launching XploreNations Bible College in Honduras where they are equipping leaders for their local church through the Word and the Spirit. While carrying this mandate out, they are also setting up mission trips to ignite a fire within those whom God has joined them to.
